I encourage you to join one of my free weekly workshops to get a feel for my coaching style. We can also schedule a relaxed 30-minute chat to discuss your needs and determine whether the group or one-on-one programme would serve you best

Both the group and one-on-one programmes are designed to fit into your life, not take it over. You’ll have weekly group calls and access to content videos, with one-on-one clients receiving an additional private weekly call. The key is consistency, not overwhelming yourself
