At PowerToBloom, we’re dedicated to providing valuable, transformative experiences through our webinars and coaching sessions. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we’ve created this policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
Webinar Shop Purchases
Digital Products:
- All webinar recordings and digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll assist you or provide a replacement.
Unused Digital Products:
- If you haven’t accessed or downloaded your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Paid Coaching Bookings
Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the scheduled session.
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the scheduled session.
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your session once without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session may incur a ā¬25 fee.
Group Programs and Workshops
- Full refund available up to 14 days before the program start date.
- 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before the start date.
- No refunds within 7 days of the program start date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email sophie@powertobloom.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We’ll process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you’re experiencing extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to find a solution that works for both of us.Remember, our goal is your growth and satisfaction.
