About me

Hey, I’m Sophie Power,

and I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a cycle of anxiety and depression. For a long time, I felt like I was trapped—afraid that I’d never be able to follow through on the dreams I had, or the promises I made to myself.

Growing up, I saw people around me battling their mental health, and when I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression, I thought I’d be stuck too. It felt like life was always two steps forward, one step back. I struggled with burnout, overwhelm, and the constant fear of never breaking free.

But I realised something: to break out of that cycle, I didn’t need drastic changes or perfection. I needed to simplify. Instead of trying to fix everything at once, I focused on balance and took small, meaningful steps toward the life I wanted. Little by little, I learned how to manage my mental health in a way that felt sustainable.

One day, I took a step that once felt impossible—I booked a one-way ticket to New Zealand and became an au pair. That small, brave decision changed everything. Since then, I’ve built a life in two countries, travelled to places I once dreamed about, started this business, and married the love of my life.

These are things I never thought were possible because of my anxiety and depression, but with the right approach—based on simplicity and balance—I realised that living the life I wanted was absolutely within reach.

Now, I use what I’ve learned to help women like you. I’m not here to offer quick fixes or push you toward unrealistic goals. Instead, I focus on guiding you to take small, meaningful steps that honor where you are right now, helping you build resilience and find peace along the way.

I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, and the pressures of daily life. Together, we’ll focus on finding clarity, balance, and sustainable strategies for personal growth.

I offer various options, including a four-month group program and a five-month one-on-one coaching program. Each program is designed to meet you where you are and support your journey at your own pace.

No prior experience is necessary! My coaching is designed for anyone looking to improve their mental health and find balance in their life, regardless of their background.

What if I feel uncomfortable sharing my experiences?

Your comfort is my priority. We’ll create a safe space where you can share at your own pace. There’s no pressure to disclose anything until you feel ready.
